In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "koi138" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the koi138 online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://koi138.cam, operated by its licensed parent entity under an international gaming license.

koi138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account verification tier. Standard accounts have a daily deposit limit of Rp 50.000.000. Fully verified accounts may request an increase by contacting support.
• Deposits are credited to your koi138 account balance in real time in the majority of cases. In exceptional circumstances — such as scheduled bank maintenance windows — processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, please contact our support team with your proof of transfer.

• koi138 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your koi138 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per day for standard verified accounts. Higher limits may be approved on a case-by-case basis for premium accounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your koi138 account. koi138 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for most Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals during normal operating hours (WIB). Processing may take longer during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Christmas), and periods of scheduled bank maintenance.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. It is strongly recommended that you complete identity verification before requesting your first withdrawal to avoid delays.
• koi138 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further due diligence, including but not limited to large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

koi138 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• The standard koi138 welcome bonus is a 100% deposit match up to Rp 20.000.000 for new players on their first qualifying deposit. This bonus carries a 10× wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered ten times on qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Togel lottery bets typically contribute 20%. • Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• koi138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any such change will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, except where a change is required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, false identity information, or manipulation of bonus mechanics — will be voided and the player's account may be permanently closed.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the koi138 platform. Product-specific rules — for sports betting, live casino, togel lottery, slot gacor (high-RTP slot games), crash games, and sabung ayam (cockfighting live streams) — are published within the relevant game or product section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. koi138 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a manifest technical error on the platform's part.

• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets: all selections must win for the bet to return a payout. If any leg of a mix parlay is void (e.g., due to match abandonment), the void selection is removed and the parlay continues at reduced odds.
• koi138 employs automated fraud detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns. Players identified as engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or match-fixing-related activity may have their bets voided and their accounts suspended.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the koi138 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Any technical failure, network outage, or delay affecting the processing of bets, deposits, or withdrawals that is attributable to factors outside koi138's reasonable control, including but not limited to Indonesian banking system outages, e-wallet provider downtime, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit koi138's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

koi138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, koi138 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the koi138 platform after any amendment has been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
